Eva Kroon Pike was chosen. She was a dream before she was ever held and at the tender age of 6 weeks, Eva was adopted into a loving family that had been waiting and praying for 6 years. These circumstances nurtured Eva into the singer/songwriter she is today with an extraordinary spirit, a compassion for people, a passion to share the gospel, a heart for God and an awesome voice. “Grace That Chose Me”, the title song of Eva’s 2010 album describes the essence of who she is and an ultimate thank you to her parents for choosing her to be a part of their family over 30 years ago. She co-wrote this album together with Don Koch, songwriter/producer from Nashville. Eva’s album was released to radio in January 2011. In November of 2012 Eva released her very own Christmas single to radio titled “Christmas Revolution”. She had the wonderful opportunity to be a part of 2 RV radio concert tours with Mark Harris of 4Him in October and December of 2012! Eva’s 2nd original album titled “Love Is All About You” was released to radio February 2013! “As much as my first album “Grace That Chose Me” impacted my life and those who heard the message through song this new album has had so much more of an impact on my life in just the short time I’ve had the songs and allowed others to hear them!” In May of 2014 Eva had the opportunity to go to NYC where she traveled and sang with the Florida Worship Choir & Orchestra for a week long music mission trip where they partnered with the North American Mission Board (NAMB). Eva and choir had the opportunity to sing in Central Park, Carnegie Hall, flash mob in Times Square & Brooklyn Tabernacle. In February of 2015 Eva released her newest single “Spoken For” that she co-wrote with Conrad Johnson, singer/songwriter/producer previously from the group Chris & Conrad.
Eva and her husband, Jonny have 3 boys; Jonathan (10), Corey (6) & Bentley (2). And, they are excited to welcome their newest addition to their family January 2020. Most recently Eva, along with her family, accepted the call to become the worship leader at a small church in North Lakeland where she gets to live out her passion by sharing the gospel each and every week during their 2 Sunday morning services and Wednesday night service. Although Eva is serving full time at her church she still is able to travel and perform concerts at other events and does so about 5x a year. She is an advocate for adoption. Her song and music video, “Grace That Chose Me”, has been featured on many occasions including the Florida Baptist Convention. “This is one of my greatest accomplishments yet” she states. Eva has also been featured as a lead soloist on 5 albums with the Florida Worship Choir and Orchestra titled “God of the Ages”, “Great I Am”, “Almighty God”, “God of Hope” and “You’re Our God”. Music is my passion”, says Eva, who’s been singing since age 3. In addition, she plays the flute, guitar and keyboard. From singing before Ruth and Anne Graham to Babbie Mason, Mark Harris (4Him), Jason Crabb and Tenth Avenue North, the stage is no stranger to her. She enjoys performing but most of all Eva says she loves “spreading the Gospel, one song at a time”. She knows that God has a plan for her life, and He chose a very special family for her to grow up in to learn life’s lessons. Through her music, she wants more than ever to point people to her loving Father who sent His son to die so that everyone who believes in Him will live eternally. Eva states in her adoption song, “So, if I’m anything close to what I’m meant to be, I owe it to the hands of Grace that chose me”.
